I've been a faculty member in the Finance Department at the University of Tennessee since 1988.  I received my undergraduate degree in Economics from Davidson College and my M.S. in Mathematics and Ph.D. in Finance from the University of North Carolina--Chapel Hill. 

My wife, Bonney, and I live in Knoxville, TN. Our three grown daughters are health care professionals in the Southeast.
